What does it cost?
My fees are benchmarked against other similarly trained counsellors working in the same area.
Reduced rate first session (individuals - £25, couples - £45)
Further sessions, sliding scale between £35 to £65 per session dependent on ability to pay and situation.
Concessions can be discussed. I offer a discount of 10% if 6 sessions or more are booked and paid for in advance.
Home visits can also be arranged, fee dependent on location. Please contact me.
If you decide that you want some counselling going forward, we can agree how many sessions together. Sessions last for 60 minutes and are payable in advance. The full fee is required if cancelling without 48 hours notice.
Fees are reviewed annually.
When and where do we meet?
The most benefit is gained from weekly therapy at the same time and place, but I understand that people have work and family commitments, so I am flexible and work to the needs of the client. I see clients weekly, fortnightly or every month. We can decide on a block of 6 sessions or it can be open-ended depending on client's preference.
Counselling sessions are held at two locations within the Hampshire area.
The Coach House
Hampshire RG23 8PX
The Coach House is located in the beautiful grounds of Worting House. A converted eighteenth century stable and coach building providing a relaxing setting three miles to the west of Basingstoke on B3400. The site benefits from excellent access to junctions 6 and 7 of the M3 motorway. Free parking is on site.
Odiham Cottage Hospital
Hampshire RG29 1NE
Founded in 1909, Odiham Cottage Hospital is set in the heart of Odiham, Hampshire. It is a community based hospital, providing a range of services for local residents. My therapy room, adjacent to the main building, is both welcoming and relaxing. Furnished with comfortable armchairs, it offers a warm and calming space to truly switch off mentally from the pressures of the outside world.
There is free car parking and if you arrive early there is a waiting area and toilet facilities. If for some reason the car park is full there are several places to park nearby.
